Visit the registration page and enter your name, email, and password. You'll receive 10 free credits and a 14-day trial — no credit card required. Once registered, you'll be guided through a Simulated Demo that walks you end-to-end through a Microsoft → Walmart briefing using pre-loaded sample data (zero credits spent).
The Dashboard is your home base. It displays all your briefings organized by date, with quick filters for status and search. From here you can create new briefings, access your organizations, run portfolio sonarscans, and manage alerts.
Go to Profile & Settings to set your default vendor name, URL, products, and differentiators. These will pre-fill every new briefing, saving you time.
Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux from any page to open the global Command Palette — the fastest way to navigate the app. Search briefings by vendor or customer name, jump to any organization profile, hit nav destinations (Dashboard, Profile, Billing, Alerts, Analytics, Admin), or run actions (Sign Out, View Keyboard Shortcuts, What's New). The palette remembers your 8 most recent jumps and surfaces them at the top for one-keystroke return visits. Click the 'Search ⌘K' chip near the notification bell on every page if you prefer the mouse.
Open the palette and type new, brief, briefing, create, or generate followed by a vendor and customer name (e.g. 'new sysco denny', 'brief microsoft target', 'create acme corp xyz'). The palette will surface a one-Enter '⚡ Generate briefing: Vendor → Customer (Discovery, est. ~1.0 cr)' action that POSTs your briefing in the background and auto-navigates to it when ready. If a briefing for that exact dyad already exists, the palette deep-links to it instead of double-billing. Token matching is case-insensitive and partial — 'sysco' matches 'Sysco Corporation'. Top 3 best matches surface; pick with arrow keys + Enter.
Press '?' anywhere (or open the palette and select 'Keyboard Shortcuts') for the full list of in-app hotkeys: open Command Palette, jump to common pages, etc.
Click '+ New Briefing' from the Dashboard. Enter your vendor and customer details, select your AI provider, and click 'Generate'. SonarScan runs a deep analysis using live web intelligence, then pauses for your human review — you can add your own intel, corrections, and context. After review, the AI generates a complete playbook with tailored use cases. Takes ~4-6 minutes. Costs 1 credit.
Same AI analysis as SonarScan but skips the human review step. Great for unexpected calls or quick account checks. Takes ~2-3 minutes. Costs 1 credit.
During a SonarScan, you'll see the initial analysis and can add corrections in several areas: Additional Context, Stakeholder Intel, Competitive Intel, Deal Intel, and Custom Instructions. Everything you add is woven into the final output — this is what makes SonarScan uniquely valuable.
Every briefing generates: an Executive Brief (high-level summary), a Reference Card (1-page snapshot), an Alignment Analysis (MEDDPICC, stakeholders, pain points), a Playbook (5 or 10 ranked use cases plus battlecards), and Organization Profiles. All sections are downloadable as PDF and DOCX.
Inside every briefing and org profile, individual facts are tagged with confidence: [H] High (4+ corroborating sources), [M] Medium (2-3 sources), [L] Low (single source or speculative). The legend appears at the top of each tab. You'll see these badges inline next to specific data points — section headers themselves are kept clean for readability.
The Playbook tab opens with all 5 use cases and battlecards collapsed by default. Click 'Expand all' (top-right of the tab) to open everything in one click — useful when you want to use Cmd-F / Ctrl-F to search across the entire playbook before a meeting. Click again to collapse.
Each Use Case and Battlecard has a 'Copy' button in its footer. Click it to copy that single section to your clipboard with markdown stripped — clean, ready to paste into Slack, Gmail, or a CRM activity note without ugly raw syntax.
Next to the plain Copy button, the 'Copy as outreach' dropdown drafts a personalized 3-4 sentence cold-outreach message from the section content. Pick the target persona to tailor the tone and decision criteria: General audience, Economic Buyer (CFO), Technical (CDIO/CTO), Operational (COO/VP Ops), or Internal Champion. The CFO version leads with quantified ROI and payback; the CDIO version leads with integration story; the Champion version is peer-to-peer with enablement framing. Each draft uses '[First Name]' as a placeholder so you fill in the salutation. Free to use — no credits charged.
Click 'Draft Outreach' from the Playbook tab to open the full Campaign Builder. Pick specific use cases, choose a Cold Intro or Multi-Touch cadence (3-5 emails), and download the full sequence as DOCX. Costs 0.5 credits — best when you've decided to run a structured cadence rather than a one-off message.
The Organizations page stores AI-generated intelligence dossiers for companies you work with. Profiles include financial data, strategic priorities, technology stack, competitive landscape, and leadership information. Creating a profile costs 1 credit.
Two compact dropdown buttons sit on the right side of the profile metadata bar (next to 'Version' and 'Gen time'). 'My Alerts' configures monitoring frequency (Off / Weekly / Daily). 'Scheduled Refresh' sets up automatic profile re-generation (Off / Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly / Quarterly) at 0.5 credits per run. Each button shows the active setting inline so you can see status at a glance.
Each profile shows when it was last updated. You can refresh a profile manually anytime (0.5 credits) or set a Scheduled Refresh cadence to keep data current automatically.
Click 'Translate' (top-right of any completed briefing or org profile) to render the document in another language. Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and other major languages are supported. Costs 0.2 credits per translation. Original English content remains intact — translations are layered on top so you can switch back anytime.
Toggle monitoring on any organization to receive alerts about leadership changes, M&A activity, earnings reports, product launches, workforce changes, competitive shifts, and regulatory updates. Weekly monitoring is included free with every plan, including the Free Trial. Enable daily monitoring on individual orgs (Basic+) for 1 credit/month per org from the org settings popover.
We automatically scan PR Newswire and other press wires for major announcements about your monitored organizations (M&A, leadership changes, funding rounds, expansion). When a hit is detected, the bell icon shows a notification with a one-click '↻ Refresh profile · 0.5 cr' button so you can pull the latest intelligence into your existing profile in seconds. Refreshed profiles get a green 'Why this update?' badge that hovers a popover showing the source article.
SonarScan Portfolio searches for macro trends across ALL your accounts. It identifies industry-wide shifts and tells you which specific accounts are impacted and why. Results include per-account recommendations. Costs 1 credit.
Rerun an existing briefing with the latest web data. Cheaper than a new SonarScan (0.8 credits) because vendor and customer profiles are already cached.
Generate a competitive analysis card with head-to-head comparison, strengths/weaknesses, objection handling, landmine questions, and counter-strategy. Costs 1 credit.
Expand a standard 5 use-case playbook to a full 10 use cases for complex deals. Costs 0.5 credits when chosen at creation, or 0.8 credits when upgrading an existing briefing (full re-run).
Per-section AI cold-outreach drafts from the Playbook (see 'Working with the Playbook' above). Free to use with 5 persona presets to tailor the message.
Render any briefing or profile in another language while keeping the original English intact. 0.2 credits per translation.
Basic (15 credits/mo, 25 monitored orgs), Pro (48 credits/mo, 75 monitored orgs), and Enterprise (200 credits/mo, 250 monitored orgs, 5 seats included). Annual billing offered at a 2-month discount. All plans include weekly alert monitoring. Credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary. See the Pricing page for current dollar prices.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits added to your balance. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing anniversary — you keep your current plan until then.
If you run out of credits mid-month, you can purchase add-on credit packs from the Billing page. Add-on credits never expire; they're consumed only after your monthly allotment.
Every credit-charging action is protected. If a briefing, org profile, playbook regen, outreach draft, or any other AI generation fails for any reason — provider outage, network stall, content-safety block — your credits are automatically refunded within seconds. You'll see a green '↩ refunded' chip in your Usage Log, a real-time toast notification, and the failed item's retry form pre-filled so you can try again instantly. No support tickets, no waiting, no manual escalation.
The Usage Log (Billing page) shows every credit-charging action, color-coded green for refunds with their reason. CSV export includes a separate Refunds row for accounting reconciliation.
Download any briefing document (Executive Brief, Strategic Alignment, Playbook, or Reference Card) as PDF or DOCX and share it with colleagues via email or your preferred channel.
Every time you refresh or rerun a briefing, a new version is created. The briefing detail page shows a Version History panel that automatically highlights the major changes from the immediately preceding version — no selection needed. You'll see additions, removals, and changes across fit scores, stakeholders, competitors, and pain points at a glance.
On Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans, you can push the executive summary and key insights of any completed briefing — or any organization profile — into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio with one click. We search for or create the matching account in your CRM and attach the content. A re-push updates the existing copy in place — never duplicates, even if you've manually deleted it from your CRM in the meantime. You don't need to delete the prior copy before re-pushing; just click Push to CRM again.
Connect from Profile → CRM Integrations. HubSpot and Salesforce support both OAuth (one-click) and manual token entry; Attio uses an API key generated in your Attio workspace. Step-by-step instructions for every option are at /support/crm-setup.
Open any completed briefing → click 'Push to CRM' → pick a connected provider. A 'Pushed to {Provider}' badge appears on success. We log every push for audit; nothing leaves your account without an explicit click.
All CRM tokens are AES-256 encrypted at rest. Disconnecting wipes credentials immediately. Every connection is validated against the provider before saving. See Privacy Policy and Sub-processors for full details.
Visit /trust for a full breakdown of our security posture: data encryption, sub-processors, infrastructure providers, incident response, and the 100% Credit-Back Guarantee. The page is updated as our practices evolve.
Anything you enter under 'Your Private Intel' on a briefing (deal context, stakeholder notes, custom instructions) is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never included in shared briefings, prints, exports, or training data. The lock icon on the page confirms its private scope.
Export any briefing, profile, or campaign as PDF or DOCX from its detail page. Account-level data export and deletion can be requested from Profile & Settings — both are processed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
