Your plan’s monthly credit allotment refreshes at the start of every billing cycle. Unused plan credits from the previous period do not carry forward — they reset to the full allotment.
Example
You’re on the Pro plan (30 credits/month). By month-end you’ve used 22 credits. When your billing period renews, your balance resets to 30 — not 38.
Credits purchased as add-ons or earned through referrals and promotions sit in a separate balance. They are never reset, never reduced, and persist across renewals — even if your subscription lapses.
Example
You buy a 50-credit add-on pack and earn 5 bonus credits from a referral. At month-end you still have 20 add-on credits and 5 bonus credits left. They’re still 25 credits after your plan refreshes — untouched.
Plan credits are always consumed first. Add-on and bonus credits are only drawn once your plan balance reaches zero, so your non-expiring credits last as long as possible.
